I asked Marc (and believe me, I wasn't the only person asking...) about booze at Midwest Ale - they are not reimbursing anyone, even the host team! I guess it's a CYA thing, but who knows.

I would definitely encourage pooling resources on a keg as several of you have suggested, but depending on size transporting it could be a concern. Or locals with larger cars could be potentially drafted (ha, ha)...
