Here’s the latest update for this Saturday’s day-of-dance.

*HOUSEKEEPING:*

   - I understand some folks may not have gotten updates 1 & 2.  Please
   reply and confirm you received this and then share with your team-mates.
   - It helps if teams can send a count of how many folks are coming (or
   better a list), so we can guestimate provisions needed.

*THE SCHEDULE:*

   - We’ve had to totally redo the schedule after the on-site food cart we
   were going to use onsight unexpected bailed on us.  We’re now based around
   Estacada, OR during the day, and Milwaukie, OR for the evening:

* You can do dinner where you like, but we suggest you consider the River
Roadhouse Bar & Grill (11921 SE 22nd Av, Milwaukie) which is just around
the corner and walking distance from the Grange Hall.  They have a small
parking lot, so if you can’t find a spot, just park at the Grange Hall, and
walk to RRB&G (https://goo.gl/maps/Vd3kw6xmbJfDKtPV8).   This is also your
location for beer, wine, or cider for the evening, as the Grange Hall
doesn’t allow alcohol.

*HOSPITALITY:*

   - I know many of you have already made your arrangements with local
   Portland folks, but if you still need an airport pickup, overnight
   hospitality, or a ride to/from the events, please contact Alison Saicheck
   our transportation/hospitality queen.  Also contact Alison if you want to
   crash at the Grange but don’t have bedding.
   - If you’re interested in local motels near the hall, consider a Google
   search of “motel near 12015 22nd ave milwaukie, or 97222”

*COVID:*

   - We require that all participants be vaccinated with at least one
   booster.  We request that you test yourself for Covid before leaving for
   the event and if you are positive, please do not attend.
   - Events will be mask-optional.

*MEALS and SNACKS:*

   - Time Travelers Brewing <https://www.facebook.com/TimeTravelersBrewing/>
   is putting on extra staff just to handle our numbers for lunch time.
   Please help them out by trying to minimize the number of separate checks.

   - If you have special food needs, you may be able to accommodate them at
   the Estacada Harvest Market

   - Both at Stone Circle and the Grange Hall, snacks are being
   donated/contributed in potluck fashion.  If you’d like to contribute,

   - We’ve not made any special arrangements with River Roadhouse other

*WEATHER:*

   - Although Portland metro weather can be unpredictable, the current
   forest says Saturday should be partially cloudy with temperatures between 49
   oF and 65oF.  That said, pack for just-in-case situations.
   - Both the food carts and Stone Circle have small covered areas we can
   gather/dance in if necessary.
   - If it’s a morning downpour, we may head to Time Traveler’s Brewing
   early, but MEET AT THE FOOD CARTS first.  The afternoon we’ll play by ear
