[RenRose] Thursday will be hot, Renegade Rose practice

Let’s do beermongers or the Abernathy park first  followed by the mongers 
I’d love as many as  can come since you all seemed a bit anxious abt whidby
Look for more info on what we’ll practice — nothing too fast or intense  no flower of the north for example
