[RenRose] More Windlass

Sorry for the late reply, just now received this (!).

Regarding the RenRose adaptation of possibly replacing the 1/3 galley - is
there enough time to do another foray caper?  Followed by whatever else we
decide, caper, caper, hop, what have you.

I'll do whatever the group decides, I'm ok with the proposed changes.
